How To Change PIK - Managing Your LX Account

Regularly change your PIK to ensure the security of your account.

Command:
LX CHGPIK <ID Number> <Current PIK> <New PIK>

Example:

LX CHGPIK 5265585 656885 143445

Send the command to your assigned Gateway

• Log-in to your account at www.loadxtreme.ph
• On the left-side of the page, locate and click Change PIK
• Please note that PIK should be numeric. You can only use 0-9 as characters and should not be more than 6 digits long.
• Key-in your current PIK in the CURRENT PIK field
• Key-in your new PIK in the NEW PIK and CONFIRM PIK field
• Click the Update button
