Electronic PIN/PIN Resending - Selling/Ordering Products

Command:
LX RESEND <ID Number> <PIK> <Product Code> <ePIN Serial Number>

Example:
LX RESEND 5265585 656885 STAR350 25665254558

Send the command to your assigned Gateway

This command is for re-sending ePIN's only

• Log-in to your account at www.loadxtreme.ph
• On the left-side of the page, locate and click Sales Monitoring under Transaction Tools
• Locate the customer cellphone number under the Recipient column and get the Serial Number under the Trace/Ref/SN column
• Send the Serial Number to your customer via SMS, e-mail or by any other means
