How to load or top-up prepaid cards



Command:
LX LOAD <ID Number> <PIK> <Product Code> <Customer Cellphone Number>

Example:
LX LOAD 5265585 656885 STAR350 09195652155

Send the command to your assigned Gateway

• Located on the top-part of this site, click Online Loading
• A window will pop-up
• Key-in your ID Number and PIK
• Select product category from the drop-down list
• Select product code from the drop-down list
• Key-in your customer cellphone number. Use the format 09XXXXXXXXX
• Put your e-mail address. Email is required for you to receive confirmation
• Click the Send Load button
